From Business Development Executive to Director, the journey spans 30 ranks across two business phases each year, with escalating targets and premium rewards.
1st Phase: 1st April → 30th September
2nd Phase: 1st October → 31st March
Your journey starts with a single plot booking of ₹10,000/- — a one-time amount to begin Business Development.
Stage 1: Executive to Sr. Manager (Ranks 1–10) | Stage 2: Vice President to Director (20 ranks).
Performance targets, outstanding-performance rewards, monthly conveyance and two service-charge options. Top reward at this stage: Golden Handshake of ₹11,00,000.
The leadership tier — 20 advanced ranks with escalating targets and premium rewards including cash prizes up to ₹30,00,000.
